Ryan has more than 14 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience, having joined JWB Realty Services in the fall of 2005.  His area of focus is predominantly in Tenant / Landlord and Buyer / Seller representation of retail, land, medical office and investment grade properties throughout the metro Atlanta area.  

 

Ryan began his career in property management of retail and office investments and soon gained an understanding for tenant’s needs, market conditions and improvement pricing. This easily translated into leasing and sales as his book of clients grew. 

 

Current Life member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club and the Young Council of Realtors.  He is a designee of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and the current Secretary / Treasurer for the Georgia chapter of CCIM.

 

Ryan attended the University of Georgia and is involved with his church, Brookhaven Presbyterian, and currently lives in Johns Creek with his wife and three daughters.
