Spruill Arts Center Expansion
JWB is currently overseeing the Spruill Art Center $3.2M expansion in Dunwoody, GA. This addition will add more than 7,000 SF to the center while creating seven new art studios and a community room.
Pierce's Corner
JWB is currently overseeing the $1.8M renovation of the historic site of Pierce's Corner in downtown Suwanee, GA. Originally constructed in 1910, the 6,000 sf, 2- story, brick building was a general store. Today it will serve as a catalyst for growth in the Old Town Overlay District.
JEKYLL Brewing
JWB is currently overseeing the $3.2M development of the newest location for Jekyll Brewing in Gainesville, GA.
Piedmont Bank at Avalon
Alpharetta, GA
JWB is currently overseeing the $300K redesign of Piedmont Bank at The Avalon in Alpharetta, GA.
